Your plan

An example analysis. The second image is a preview built from the same photo.

  • Built on one written method, not trends
  • Indian wear and western, both
  • Your photos are yours — never posted, never shared

Sound familiar?

  • “It looked beautiful in the shop and dull on me.”
  • “I've worn my hair the same way for ten years.”
  • “Every function, the same three outfits.”
  • “Everyone says black is safe. On me it isn't.”

Colour, neckline and proportion do almost all the work, and nobody ever tells you which ones are yours. That's what this is.

Collarbone-length cut, face-framing layers from the cheekbone down, deep side part. Gloss in a warm chestnut to lift the dullness. No all-over lightening.

Also inside: blouse necklines and sleeve lengths for your shape, how to drape for your proportions, glasses and brow shapes, makeup shades for your colouring, what to keep from your wardrobe, and a shopping list at any budget.

What a plan looks like

Two example analyses, start to finish.

Example analysis
A petite woman in a long beige kurta with a high round neck
Now
The same woman in a teal kurta with a V neckline and a chin-length layered cut
Your plan

Round face · warm golden skin · dark brown hair · medium-high contrast · petite

Hair
Layered cut to the chin with lift at the crown and a side-swept fringe.
One flat length pulls a round face wider; height and an angled fringe lengthen it.
Colours
Teal, coral, mustard, deep raspberry, warm ivory. Retire beige and oatmeal near the face.
Beige sits at the same depth as your skin, so your face disappears into it.
Neckline
V necks and deep sweetheart necklines. Skip the high round neck.
A V opens up the neck and takes width out of a round face.
Fit
Kurta ending at mid-thigh, straight palazzos or slim trousers in a darker shade.
A long kurta on a petite frame cuts the leg; a darker bottom grounds the look and adds height.
Example analysis
A woman in a loose grey anarkali with a busy print
Now
The same woman in a solid ruby kurta with a defined waist and a long open layer
Your plan

Oval face · deep warm skin · black hair · high contrast · fuller midsection

Colours
Ruby, emerald, cobalt, gold-toned ivory. One strong solid beats a busy print.
High contrast colouring carries saturated colour; muted greys read as tired next to it.
Shape
Define the waist with a belt or a wrap, and wear a long layer open over it.
The open front makes two long vertical lines; a tent-shaped kurta hides the waist you have.
Sleeves
Three-quarter sleeves, plain. Skip wide bell sleeves.
A sleeve ending at the narrowest part of the arm reads slimmer; bell sleeves add width at the hip.
Metals
Gold, not silver, near the face.
Warm metal lifts deep warm skin; silver cools it down and flattens it.

Example analyses. The second image in each pair is a preview built from the first photo.

Pay once. Keep it forever.

A session with a personal stylist in a metro starts around ₹8,000 and needs a Saturday. This is one payment, from your phone.

The method

Kira

The stylist this is named for

Kira is a written method, not a mood board: a rulebook for face shape, undertone, contrast and proportion that says what to do and why, in plain language. Your photos run through that same rulebook. No one else sees them.

Your questions, answered.

Is a person looking at my photos, or is this AI?

It's AI, running Kira's written method. Nobody sits and reviews your photos, which is also why it costs ₹2,000 instead of ₹8,000 and arrives in minutes instead of a week.

What photos do I need?

Three, taken on your phone after payment: face from the front, face from the side, and one full-length shot. Daylight, no filter, no makeup if you can. There's a guide on the screen, and you can retake any of them.

Does this cover Indian wear or only western?

Both. Necklines, sleeve lengths, kurta lengths and how to drape for your proportions sit alongside the western formulas, and the colour palette is the same either way.

Do I have to buy a new wardrobe?

No. The plan starts with what you already own — what still works, what to stop wearing near your face, and how to wear the rest. The shopping list is short and you can fill it at any budget.

What if I don't like the haircut?

You get three, from easy-care to bold, with our pick marked and the reasoning for each. You choose. The salon card is written so you can hand it over without explaining anything.

What happens to my photos?

They're used for your analysis and nothing else. They are never posted, never shared, and never used to sell anything to anyone.

Still you.
Just more you.
