Refund policy

A Kira style analysis is a one-time purchase of personalised digital content, made for you from your photos. There is no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel. Refunds are handled as follows.

Full refund

• Duplicate or failed-but-charged payments. Refunded in full, automatically where we detect them, otherwise within 2 business days of your email.
• You haven't submitted your photos yet. Within 48 hours of payment, if no analysis has been started, you can ask for a full refund.
• We couldn't deliver. If you submitted usable photos and your report was not produced within 3 days, and we could not fix it, we refund you in full.

No refund

Once your report has been produced, it cannot be returned, so we do not offer refunds for a change of mind after delivery.

Re-runs instead of refunds

If your photos were too dark, cropped or filtered for a good read, we will ask you to retake them and re-run your analysis at no charge. If something in your report is plainly wrong — for example it describes features that are not yours — email us and we will re-run it free.

How to ask

Email kaustubh.khandelwal4@gmail.com from the address you ordered with, and include the order reference from your receipt. Refunds are issued by our payment provider, Dodo Payments, to your original payment method, and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.
